Before you attend your private reading please take a moment to read the following guidelines so that you have the maximum benefit and enjoyment from your experience.

Occasionally during the appointment the Medium may feel that professional counselling is more appropriate to the needs of the client rather than spirit contact or guidance and will advise accordingly. Should this be necessary then a refund will be given.

If you feel in any way whatsoever that you may be emotionally affected by a sitting with the Medium, book an appointment after you have sought professional help or feel emotionally unwell.

In booking an appointment you are accepting full responsibility for your emotional wellbeing.

All information shared between the parties during a sitting is in the strictest confidence.

Whilst the Medium will do everything possible to create the right conditions to encourage spirit contact this cannot be guaranteed as mediumship is purely experiential. lt is a sensitive process dependant on the energy connection between the Medium, Spirit and Client and if sufficiently blended the spirit communication may take place.

Please be open minded as to which loved one communicates with the Medium. It is natural to have an expectation of a specific spirit contact but there may be not sufficient energy for them to make the connection and so another loved one may come forward in place of them.

This should not be seen as a reading being unsuccessful but rather spirit wishing to let you know they are communicating under the best circumstances. lf in the unlikely event no spirit contact takes place the reading will be drawn to a close and a refund given.

Should this happen it is not because spirit do not wish to communicate with you and you should not feel upset. It is simply that the energy is not balanced for this at this particular time and the Medium may suggest rescheduling your appointment.

It is important not to place expectations on your loved ones to give certain types of information or to comment on specific circumstances. Spirit are often aware of these things and will share an opinion if they feel able to do so.

The more relaxed you are in your are in your expectations, the easier it is for spirit to communicate in a specific and evidential way.

If spirit share an opinion with you it must be treated as such and you are asked to form your own conclusions and actions.

Your consultation will not  be recorded if you wish to do so.
